Attention, Big Bang fans!
Big Bang’s charismatic leader, G-Dragon, will perform in Manila on September 1 as part of the Asian leg of his “ACT III, Moment of Truth the End” 2017 World Tour. Yas!
The announcement of added cities in Asia was made on June 17, through his official Facebook account.
GD will also make his stop in four more cities in Asia such as Hong Kong, Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, and Taipei.
The 28-year-old singer is slated to perform at the Smart-Araneta Coliseum. According to IME Philippines, the concert’s promoter and event manager, ticket prices and selling dates will be released soon.
One of the most respected stars coming out of the K-Pop scene, G-Dragon – or Kwon Ji Yong – gained recognition as the fashion-forward performer and genius singer-songwriter of the equally successful Big Bang.
His latest self-titled EP, Kwon Ji Yong, topped the iTunes in 45 countries. Abandoning the traditional method of CDs, the album was released in a USB format.
He is also the singer behind chart-topping singles such as “Crayon,” “Crooked,” and “Who You?”
This will be G-Dragon’s third visit to the Philippines, following the band’s concerts in 2012 and 2015.
