We all need a good place to be alone and to hohol with friends, right? The newest addition to the many cafes in Banawe, Quezon City will make your me time or hangout time extra special.
Founded in Macau, Macao Imperial Tea continues to expand internationally with over 200 branches including China, Vietnam, USA, and its first PH branch that was launched last June 12.
One of the franchisers Avin Ong said that this is one of his family’s favorite cafes abroad.
“We personally love the brand. Naisip namin, why not bring it here sa Philippines? That’s why we decided to have a branch in the Phlippines. So basically, this is our flagship branch,” he said.
Unlike the other cafes or tea shops in the country, Macao Imperial source all the tea leaves from Macao to make sure that they will only serve the best quality tea, juices, and coffee.
“What makes Macao Imperial Tea really special is that we source all the ingredients abroad. We want to make every Macao Imperial tea experience suitable and handcrafted for everyone,” Avin said.
Their menu includes tea, soda, coffee, cake, and even snacks which is similar to the one in Macau and other countries. They are also very generous with electric sockets and high speed internet connection to help you work, chill, and even beat your deadline into a pulp while enjoying their handcrafted drinks.
We’ve tried their very own cream cheese milk tea series: Cream Cheese White Peach Oolong Tea (P120), Cream Cheese Oreo Milk Tea (P120), Cream Cheese Uji Matcha (P120), and Cream Cheese Cocoa (P120). And let me tell you, it’s so good!
If you want to have some refreshing drink, you must try their soda series. It features five unique flavors: Blue Curacao Soda (P145), Cherry Blossom Soda (P145), Green Apple Soda (P145), Midsummer Soda (P145), and Over the Rainbow Soda (P165). Aside from its one-of-a-kind flavors, this series is also popular because of its picture-perfect appearance.
Of course, for all the couple out there, you may want to try their For You (iced caramel macchiato P195) and For Me (iced strawberry milk P195) drinks placed in a cute and reusable tumblers. Pair this with their Cheesecake (P135), Dark Mocha Sansrival (P135), and Chocolate Dome Cake (P120).
