Model-turned-actress Cara Delevingne combined her fashion and musical talent in a newly-released music video for her debut single, “I Feel Everything.”
The multi-hyphenate herself made the announcement on Instagram last Saturday, July 29.
The single, produced by fellow fashion muse and music producer Pharell Williams, is one of the official soundtracks for Delevingne’s new movie Valerian and the City of Thousand Planets.
In the video, the 24-year-old Brit has three versions of herself wearing a navy blue trouser suit, with red, blonde, and brunette hair whilst serving us some fierce stares.
Billboard describes the video as “a fashionable, sci-fi odyssey as the up-and-coming singer croons the jazzy, sultry track.”
In an interview with USA Today, Delevingne shared her thoughts on releasing a single with musical legends.
“There are no words to describe the way I felt when I saw that vinyl. In between those two names ( David Bowie and Bob Marely & The Wailers), I don’t even think that’s real,” she said.
She said the self-written song is inspired by falling in love, when “everything is raw and you feel everything for the first time.”
“We all need love and love will save the day,” she added.
What are your thoughts on Cara’s debut single? We definitely think it should be performed live!
