American a cappella group Pentatonix just released an emotional cover of Robyn’s 2010 hit, “Dancing On My Own” – and they’re still as amazing as ever.

This is the group’s first cover release since band member Avi Kaplan left the group in May 2017, citing that he could not keep up with touring demands. He later debuted his solo folk music project called Avriel & the Sequoias.

“Dancing On My Own” is one of our favorite songs (by Robyn who is one of our favorite artists) and we’re so very proud to share it with you,” the 3-time Grammy award-winning group wrote on Facebook.

The moving cover featured members Kristin Maldonado, Mitch Grassi, Scott Hoying with Kevin Olusola playing the cello while beatboxing. Slay!

The vocalists hoped that viewers would love the cover as much as they do and thanked their fans for the continued love and support as “it means the world to all of us.”

Netizens welcomed the new cover with positive responses, happy that the group is finally making music again.

Meanwhile, some expressed how they miss hearing Kaplan with the band.

It seems that the quartet is also moving forward with more new music on the way.

“We’re excited to share new music (and more) with you very, very soon,” they added. Soonest, please!

The group rose to fame upon winning the third season of NBC’s The Sing Off in 2011. They are well-known for their covers and medleys uploaded on Youtube, earning more than 13 million subscribers and as high as 250 million views just on one video. The group previously performed in the Philippines in 2015 and late 2016.

We love you, Pentatonix! You’re definitely not dancing on your own!
