On Wednesday, Aug 16, a 17-year-old Kian Loyd Delos Santos of Libis Baesa, Caloocan City was shot dead after he allegedly fired at policemen during an Oplan Galugad around 8:45pm.
Reports said that the Grade 11 student “noticed the approaching policemen so he reportedly pulled out his gun and fired shots at the cops, but missed.”
A CCTV footage made the rounds on social media, shows that the two police officers were carrying Delos Santos to the spot where he was killed. Meanwhile, a witness claimed that the cops beat up Kian and gave him a gun before he was forced to run.

Kian Loyd Delos Santos was among the 12 suspects killed during a “One Time, Big Time” anti-criminality operations in Caloocan City. According to his family, the 17-year-old kid want to be a policeman someday.
