Missed last year’s Cinemalaya Philippine Independent Film Festival? Don’t fret, because you have another chance to watch the films from the festival this month.

The University of the Philippines Film Institute (UPFI) have announced on their official Facebook page that the films from the full-length category will be shown at University of the Philippines Cine Adarna from January 5 to January 30.

The nine movies from the full-length category are Ang Pamilyang Hindi Lumuluha, Bagahe, Ang Guro Kong ‘Di Marunong Magbasa, Requited, Nabubulok, Sa Gabing Nanahimik Ang Mga Kuliglig, Baconaua, Respeto, and Kiko Boksingero. 

Here is the complete schedule of the movies:

The film Respeto directed by Alberto Montreras II won the Best Picture and Audience Choice Awards.  Kiko Boksingero’s lead star Noel Comia Jr. took home the Best Actor award and Angeli Bayani won the Best Actress award for the movie Bagahe.
