Getting in shape has always been one of our New Year’s resolution every year. Most of us are turning to music to help us achieve our best-looking selves. That’s why Spotify shared the top tracks and trends to kick your fitness regime into higher gear.

For the second year in a row, Eminem’s “Till I Collapse” is the globally and one of Spotify’s most enduring workout songs reappearing in the top lists year after year. Here in the Philippines, the most streamed workout song is the catchy “Havana” by 20-year-old singer Camila Cabello followed by “Baby Sleep Training” by White Noise Nature Sounds Baby Sleep, and Dua Lipa’s “New Rules.” Aside from these songs, listeners have been turning to fresh talent like DJ/producer Jax Jones and Swedish EDM duo Axwell /\ Ingrosso for some fitness motivation.

Spotify also revealed  that streaming of workout playlists increase right after January 1 and reaches its peak around January 24. After that, the number of workout playlists streamed levels off on February 14. Interesting!
