Craving for the smell of a new book and the satisfying sensation of flipping its pages? You’re in for a treat.
Local bookstore chain National Book Store is setting out a feast for bookworms (and shop-a-holics) with its first ever Book Binge Bazaar.
The bazaar, happening on February 9-11 at Megatrade Hall 3 in SM Megamall, will make available imported books for only P75, P175, and P275. From new releases (Turtles All The Way Down by John Green), beloved classics (Emma by Jane Eyre), award-winning titles (The Alchemist by Paolo Coehlo) to bestselling series (Crazy Rich Asians Trilogy by Kevin Kwan), every book junkie can score great book deals while lengthening their (binge-) reading list (even more).
There’s no word if the entrance is free (though, most likely, it is), but National Book Store is encouraging you to let them know if you’re coming by clicking “Going” on its event page. As we always recommend when it comes to book sales, come as early as you can so you can have your pick of fresh stocks.
The most popular titles usually sell out fast so if you want to get first dibs on those, make sure you’re already at the mall’s entrance even before the doors open, with your wishlist on hand. If you have book titles in mind, list them down according to genre and authors so you can grab your copy before they run out.
