The long wait is over! The first trailer for Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald is here!

In the trailer, Eddie Redmayne returns as the charming magical zoologist Newt Scamander, while Jude Law makes his debut as young Albus Dumbledore. The film follows Scamander and Dumbledore’s mission to recapture Gellert Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp.

“I can’t move against Grindelwald. It has to be you,” Dumbledore tells Scamander.

Other cast includes Dan Fogler as Jacob Kowalski, Ezra Miller as Credence Barebone, Zoe Kravitz as Leta Lestrange, Katherine Waterston as Tina Goldstein and Alison Sudol as Queenie.

Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwaldis directed by David Yates, who previously directed the last four movies in the original Harry Potter franchise and the first Fantastic Beasts installment. He is expected to direct the remaining three movies rounding under the Fantastic Beasts saga, with J.K. Rowling as the screenwriter.

The film will premiere on theaters November 16 amidst the controversy surrounding Depp, who was accused of domestic abuse by his ex-wife, Amber Heard.
