The third edition Madrid Fusion Manila (MFM) has been set on April 6-8, 2017 at the SMX Convention Center.
Meant to promote and enhance culture, tourism, and commerce between Spain and the Philippines, Madrid Fusion Manila 2017 will carry the theme, “Towards a Sustainable Gastronomic Planet.”
At least seven Michelin-starred chefs from Spain, Belgium, France, and Bolivia have been confirmed to attend the three-day event, including Jordi Roca and Alejandra Rivas of Spain’s El Celler de Can Roca, voted No. 2 on World’s 50 Best Restaurants in 2016; Michaelangelo Cestari and Latin America’s Best Female Chef of 2016 Kamilla Seidler, of Gustu in La Paz, Bolivia.
It looks like tapas will play a big role come April as about 20 Spanish companies to showcase the variety and richness of Spanish tapas. A tapas festival will be among the many mouth-watering events that will happen then.
Madrid Fusion Manila is the only Asian edition of Madrid Fusion.
You can avail of the early bird rate of P14,000 until February 28, 2017.
