Heads up, QC peeps. The second Lego ‘certified’ store in the country just opened right in your ‘hood; at the ground floor of Trinoma’s Mindanao wing, to be exact.
Stepping inside the 128 square meter-store feels like stepping inside a Lego set: there are six yellow circles puncturing the ceiling, giving the impression there’s a Lego brick above you. Yellow boxes full of Lego goodies are stacked together as one would square Lego bricks.
Both walls are full of Lego box sets from end to end. To pay homage to its location, there is a cute miniature model of the QC circle monument.
To celebrate its opening month, Lego Trinoma is giving away a unique Lego Store Set for a minimum single receipt of P5999.75. There’s also free engraving on one 1×6 bricks of your choice, you know, to personalize it.
Another reason to head out to Lego Trinoma this month: You can only get the iconic Lego Disney from there. Lego BGC, the first certified store in the PH, will begin to carry the product December onwards.
But all these are not solely to celebrate Lego arriving in Trinoma. They are also a way for Lego to pay it forward: P1,000 of proceeds of either products will go to Unicef to help build the first National Center for Children with Disabilities at the Philippine General Hospital.
Isn’t that a great excuse to burn serious cashola on toys?
